How Instagram is helping foster small business love

This week Instagram launched their ‘Support Small Business’ sticker, giving its users a quick and easy way to send some love to their favourite indie brands.

The sticker can be used on both photos and videos in a person’s Instagram stories and allows viewers to visit the brand’s profile in one tap. They say your next customer is your current customer’s best friend, so what better way for small brands to reach new audiences in this difficult climate.

What’s more, stories using the tag are grouped in a highlight sitting in the highly-competitive position of first place in a user’s story bar, making this new feature an incredible way to encourage your fans and followers to show their support.
